Or the Cizeta-Moroder V16T. Who cares what the real name is? It's Italian, it's put together by two Lamborghini designers, and it's got a V16. It was built from 1991-1995 and only 10 were sold, but they can still be bought on request, for the little price of 649,000 dollars. It's got 560 horsepower and a top speed of 205 MPH - low by today's standards (shut up, Cadillac CTS-V), but who cares - 16 cylinders is exactly 12 more cylinders than I really deserve, yet exactly as many as I want. Listen and decide.
