Take a good look at this picture, because it's the only way you'll be able to see the CS. I had a random, bad feeling today that BMW wasn't going to make the "CLS competitor" - they were just going to use it for design cues to add to other future vehicles (worst of all the Pontiac-Montana-SV6-looking grill). Despite the pig snout, this was still a hot-looking concept, and the prospect of a V12 being stuffed into something other than a 7-series for the first time since the old 8 was given cement shoes, was exciting to me. Not to mention, I'm a sucker for supersedans in general (Chargerghini Estoque, eat your heart out).
BMW says a lack of profit margin is what OJ'd the CS/Gran Turismowhatever. I say, if they can come up with excuses to build 5-7 different crossovers (depending on who you believe with regards to the X2, X4, V5, X6M, etc), they can come up with some excuse to build this. This is infinitely cooler than a snout-nosed X3-cannibalizing plasticfest X1.
